Was recommended ThinOptics by a friend. Clever, stylish and easy to cary. My first order had a problem but customer service was great.

The quality of their product is superior to all the other rip offs and they have an excellent return policy. They are the first and the best for their eye glasses and quality has improved significantly over the years. Maybe communication is a little wanting at the moment but they get there in the end. Long time buyer/supporter.

I have used these glasses many years and have owned many pairs. The convenience they afford you as well as, their portability are value adds. And they have a great customer service philosophy and team. I have referred many friends and family to the product line too. All have thanked me. So, I in turn thank ThinOptics for making a product I cannot be without.

I ordered the iPhone pro max slimline case. It did not fit the iPhone. I emailed Thin Optics twice about returning the case. I did not receive a reply either time. Too bad, good product in the past. No customer service today.
