I had to replace my phone. My Thin Optics had to be removed and attached on the new phone. The sticky stayed on the broken phone. I contacted Thin Optics and they are sending out new sticky pads as I type. Great service!!

The ThinOptics product and SERVICE are outstanding. I reordered phone case "optics" for the 2nd time in 5 years. They're perfect for reading restaurant checks, patient registration etc. With my current order, I mistakenly identified my phone as an I-phone X. My phone's an XR. I contacted ThinOptics, intending to purchase the proper case, and they refused payment for the new case. I'm happy to endorse ThinOptics. David Merrill
