Ordered my thin glasses and got my payment information but nothing has been shipped yet. I wrote multiple emails but got no answer.

Not very good, nose clip broke after 6 months, logged into their website to get a free lifetime replacement as advertised at the point I purchased them from an authorised seller in Bristol (Bailey) and the small admin fee is $10. Only appear to be $15 new, so hardly a free lifetime replacement is it? Won't be buying again or recommending them.

I ordered from ThinOptics Dec. 2nd, and received a confirmation email saying they received my payment, but never got a shipment email. They did accept my payment and money was taken from my account so I know the order was received, but that is the last I've heard from them. I have sent 3 emails and 4 phone calls over the past 2 weeks and have not heard back from them. I will NEVER order from them again. It is now Dec. 21st and I can't even get ahold of them to cancel my order.

NO customer service. I placed an order over one month ago. I received an acknowledgement and order number. I have never received the order and have emailed Thin Optics multiple times and have yet to receive any response. I have ordered from them in the past with no problems but this is unacceptable.

I have many pair of ThinOptics I keep a pair ay each of my work or reading spaces, carry a pair in my pocket and a pair in my car.

My initial review was one star but the company has since been in touch to let me know that my order has been shipped. It took awhile, but I finally received my glasses. They are delicate little things, but if you treat them well they will serve you well. The nose grip holds really well even when I'm a bit sweaty. The case/dinpensing system is ingenious when operated with a bit of tenderness. Keep in mind that these are for occasional use when you can't get to your normal reading glasses. They are not intended for constant use. Just be gentle with them and they'll serve you well.

I was a good customer and made an order a month ago and have still not received anything, I opened a case and it has been 6 days and no one has gotten back to me. If I don’t here back from someone in the next few days I will dispute the charge and make sure I never recommend this company to anyone.

I like some people on here, my experience with ThinOptics has been exemplary. I love the glasses as they do their job and fold away in a very small container. Like some other reviewers, I have had two pair break, but the daily use that they get, put a strain on any folding glasses. Each of mine lasted about 1.5 to 2 years....much better than any folding glasses that I have used (I have been a user of folding glasses since 2002). My two pair were replaced under the lifetime warranty, that was available when I first purchased them. As for customer service, the first time I went for replacement under warranty, I handled it online. I found their website easy to use and promptly received my replacement. The second time that they broke, I was traveling and just called. I was taken care of by a young lady named Ann. ThinOptics should give her special recognition as her customer handling skills are great. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to ensure that the company knows what a valuable asset they have in Ann. She was courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. It is people like her that make a company what it is. I would not hesitate to recommend Thinoptics based on my experience with the product, based on my experience with Ann, I would give the co Pant the highest rating of all of my online purchases.
