Absolutely love the way they fit and the easy convenience of them. I can put them anywhere and not have the bulkyness of regular glasses.

Love the customer service and their replacement policy. Glad to see the improvements on the nose pads. Can't live without my readers and so appreciative to have them with me at all times. Try the new glasses with arms really light, good looking and scratch resistant.

I have ordered their new line of glasses almost about a month ago, but have not seen any shipping updates at all. Emails have gone unanswered, and I have second thoughts of canceling the transaction. Anybody else has had this similar experience? Maybe if we all canceled our transactions, they would start to listen. Or maybe it's a fraught website ?

Good product, poor website support, nose pads fell off an have tried to get a replacement through their website for three days. Now I see The website has been having problems for over a month maybe they should hire someone in IT. Going to try NOOS.

I love the glasses and use them every day. I have replaced one pair but needed another pair replaced and have had no success. I now have a 2nd pair that needs to be replaced. No success again. After posting I was contacted and a replacement pair were sent. Thank you! Love the product. I wear them whenever I use my phone.

I bought my original pair through Ebay and registered for the free replacement program. My TO broke at the bridge, and I successfully received a replacement pair. Now, the same thing has happened, and I the darn replacement page is broken (as others have stated). I called them but of course had to leave a message. In reviewing others experiences, I will probably have a hard time having them get back to me, much less order another pair under the "Free Lifetime Warranty" program. I wish there was another alternative that has better customer service. The product is good, though, except for the bridge issue.
