Excellent customer service! I love the thin and lightweight nature of these glasses, but ordered a pair that didn’t look quite right on me. They probably reached out and made everything right.

The multiple people texting me were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I received 2 videos showing me how to clean and put my glasses in the case correctly. So far they are not scratched. YYEEAA

My Thin Optics fell out of the key chain holder and were lost shortly after my initial purchase. I sent an email asking about a warranty and I was immediately sent a replacement pair... Nice job and thank you. I appreciate the speedy response.

I had broken my case to my reading glasses and could not find a replacement case on the thin optics website so I called customer support actually I emailed customer support and they got back to me within 24 hours with the exact link I needed to pick up the case for my reader glasses. The customer support was excellent and I love their products.
