I spoke to Chris on the phone for more than 45 minutes and he took all the time needed to answer all of my questions concerning trademarks. TMExpress was the answer to my prayers when I found them ten years ago. Up until then, I had spent thousands of dollars on attorneys who were supposed to help me get my services marks registered (I have five). Yikes! They were inattentive, confusing, and not reliable at all. I felt like I was funding their yachts. Then I found Chris DeMassa and TMExpress. I remained. I speak honestly when I say: I no longer have to worry about remembering. TMExpress alerts me when my marks need a next step.They file. They follow up. They keep me informed. My marks are very important for me and my business. When I was on my own (with attorneys) I lost two of my marks permanently. What heartache. Now those worries are gone. I rely on Chris and his team. They are professionals. I am very happy, satisfied, and relieved. (BTW, if Chris advises a search, listen to him. He is steering you right. He knows what he is doing.)

American Express detected possible fraud on my account. TradeMark Express emailed me and said my card had been declined. I called American Express and sorted it out. Trademark Express ran it through again with no problem. Then they left a VM saying they were charging me an additional $25 as per their policy. Okay, it is your policy. Still uncool. Update. They called and made it right.

Chris and the team were amazing! I'd highly recommend their services.
