I am sorry to hear you that you have yet to receive any responses from myself or my team. The emails you are receiving are not an effort of ignoring your original emails, they come from a different system for operational communications. I would like to recommend you save us in your contacts as our systems show I, Kaylie, have responded to each of your emails and you are currently emailing with a member of my team, Neil, who responded within a 8 hour window of you submitting your case. My emails to you were delayed outside of a 48 hour window due to increased volume from UPW, to which I did and still apologize for as that is not our standard!

1. Will my notes and suggestions receive a response or just be filed away?
- We have received your feedback in regards to your event experience. I have sent it to our Events team to ensure we take these concerns into consideration when planning future events. While no one will be contacting you further for more explanation, we are grateful you submitted it so we can elevate our client experience for everyone!
2. Are the previous live post-UPW trainings by Karissa and Tony available as replays?
-If you are unable to view post event trainings in real time, they standardly are available for recorded viewings for 7 days after. Your event bonuses are also available in your event portal at https://portal.tonyrobbins.com/login.
3. Is the incantation formula: 1. shake your body out, 2. stand tall with the sternum up, 3. make a move, 4. make some noise, 5. incantate the intention, 6. make the sound of victory? Yes, or no? Please confirm.

4. Why not send Life Force in ebook format? It'll save on huge postage costs, and avoid wasting paper and trees, and will avoid leaving a massive avoidable carbon footprint.
