IPTA - International Personal Trainer AcademyReviews of traineracademy.org

The materials provided were extremely useful in mastering the information on the NASM-CPT final exam. I mainly made use of the flash cards and study guide, but there were plenty of other tools provided that could help learners of different types. Highly recommend.

I really found the MVP package helpful. The study guide questions pin pointed the important things and the mnemonics were extremely helpful especially for overactive and under active muscles!

I studied for the test for 3 months using the NASM class online. In which I fell short in passing the final. With most still fresh in my head I knew I had to get back into studying but not use the NASM class again. Though it is very helpful, the practice tests do not reflect the real test questions on the finals exam. I found Trainer Academy and spoke to their rep and assured me 100% of my money back that I will pass. So I dove right in. I studied using Trainer Academy and if I had questions they were always there to help out. 7 weeks later I passed my NASM final test. Thank you so much. What I liked about Trainer Academy is that the sample tests are similar then the actual test which was very helpful.

Great study aide. Passed the test.

Using Trainer Academy's study tools were extremely helpful! I purchased the study guide, flash cards, and practice tests. While most of the information on each of the materials I was purchased was not included on my exam, they were still useful because it allowed me to digest the entire ACSM textbook in an easier way. A plus is that I can always refer to the study materials if I have any questions.

I completely crushed my exam the first time through. I'm positive I couldn't have done it without a trainer academy. At two months to go until my scheduled test date I still wasn't able to retain the information by just reading the textbook and module summaries. I needed the materials presented in a way that I could learn and understand them and the root material in a big textbook just wasn't good enough for me or for learning the subject matter. I needed to be pushed and have concise facts presented in a way that made sense for me. I applied the 8wk study strategy to my life, scheduled study time around work and kids, and got to it. 1200 facts later (at the time) and a week before my exam I was nailing every practice quiz & test. Either from TA or NASM. In 7 weeks I had gone from panicky hopelessness to compete confidence. Most importantly, to me, I actually learned the material and not just studied it for a test. I still feel sure that I could pass this test again, 2 months later, without having looked at the material since then. The flashcards were the best tool. Waiting in line? Open the app, run through a chapter. On the toilet? Lunch break? Between clients? Just having the flashcards on hand throughout the day is worth the price of the TA materials.

trainer academy gave me all the tools necessary to pass the exam! couldn’t have done it without them

The CSCS was a big undertaking for me. I am a DI Head Soccer Coach without formal training in strength and conditioning so I needed study materials to help guide me through some tough content. Trainer Academy was a BIG part of my passing first time.
