I was roughly a month away from taking my test when I signed up with Trainer Academy. It was nice to have the material broken down by chapter when reviewing. I passed on my first try! Highly recommend!

The materials organized the information in a way that I could remember for easy application when taking the test. The test consisted more of scenarios and working with a client opposed to direct recall of the information. The study materials enabled me to be successful. I did not feel overwhelmed. Thank you!!!!

The flashcards were the most helpful aspect of the study program. The study questions for each chapter were a good resource. I used the quick study sheet to make sure I studied all important topics and formulas.

I had started studying for the NASM exam 6 months before my test date. But I got overwhelmed with the sheer amount of terms and exercises in the text book. I stopped studying amd when the test date rolled around I started to panic. The crash course study materials where extremely useful and straight forward. In 2 weeks I felt more prepared for the test than I did from my own studying. I highly recommend this course if you are busy or would like to save time. The NASM exam is a real doozy

Get this study guide. Helped me to pass my NASM CPT the second time around. They show you exactly what needs to be studied to pass the exam instead of trying to cram hundreds of pages of a book.
