I purchased the MVP Package from Trainer Academy to prepare for my CSCS exam and it was well worth the money! Passed my exam first try. The practice exams and quizzes were excellent and prepared me for the content of the exam.

Trainer academy is awesome the study devices they use are top notch and will assist you throughout your personal trainer cerificate journey. I could not be more pleased by the material that they provide. I am currently pursuing a degree in kinesiology and I use their study schemes for my anatomy and physiology class.

I recommend trainer academy to all CPT students I come across. The study aids were extremely helpful and accurate. The note cards, practice test, mnomnics, coloring pages were all applicable to the exam as well to everyday training. This purchase was very useful and it most definitely help me pass the exam.

I felt that these practice exams gave me a very good idea of where I was weak or missing information/knowledge. Without these, I definitely would have missed questions on some of the more obscure topics. My one complaint was that there were a few times where questions were duplicated on the tests which resulted in inflated scores, other than that, I thought these were well balanced and in depth!

Study material was definitely helpful, but there are a lot of spelling and grammatical errors within the flashcards, tests, and other materials that lead to confusion and diminished the value of the product.

Overall I found the study materials very helpful. TA does a great job of breaking down the important information for each chapter. I’m usually not an audio type learner, but I found the audio recordings helpful as well. Some of the Mnemonics were too “out there” for me, but the concept is very helpful!! Two things I would advise TA to fix...the typos on the flash cards and a couple of incorrect answers on the practice quizzes. Luckily I was confident it what I learned along the way that I could ID the mistakes. I would definitely use TA again.
