The MVP Package is worth the investment. I listened to the audio study guide while driving in the car. Listening is one of many methods of learning! The Intelligent Flash cards helped me pull together the many tables of information from the text. The study plans and practice tests helped target my study efforts.

I purchased the NASM MVP package and used it with NASM's Guided Study. Trainer Academy did a great job of providing quick go-to study materials that helped me pass the NASM-CPT the first time. I found all of the materials useful, but received the most benefit from the cheat sheet and mnemonics, especially in the days right before I took my exam to help me remember what I feel most of the NASM-CPT revolves around. I am very happy with my purchase; I am a nervous test taker. I always stress out right before an exam, but having the study materials did ease my mind and bring me some comfort, and of course, it felt pretty awesome being handed the "PASS" when it was all done. I bought a package of three NASM certifications, and will definitely use Trainer Academy in the future to help me study for those exams as well. Cheers :)!

This program was essential to helping me pass my ACE exam. It had been over a year since I had really looked at my ACE manual and I was concerned that I had forgotten a lot of the information I’d studied. I purchased the Trainer Academy program a few weeks before my exam date and it was a godsend! It covered everything I needed to know and then some. As an auditory learner, I especially appreciated the audio study notes in the Trainer Academy program. To my surprise, I passed my ACE exam on the first attempt with an incredibly high score, and I owe Trainer Academy a HUGE thanks for that! I can’t recommend their study courses enough. Should I decide to pursue another certification at some point, my plan is to go to Trainer Academy and purchase their study guides FIRST before I go anywhere else. Their programs are far more affordable and comprehensive than anything else on the market

Trainer Academy was super helpful for studying! It helps to solidify the information you read in the manual. With so much information, studying for the exam can be overwhelming. Trainer Academy makes is much more simple! I passed on my first try.
