The CSCS MVP package helped me pass my exam on the first try. It’s still a lot of work. There is no way around that but the study materials made it a lot easier. Just follow the study plan they provide and you will be able to pass.

By far the most helpful aspect of this study package was the flashcards and the practice tests, especially for questions that required remembering dosage amounts of carbs (such as grams per lb). I know this seems like a simple thing, but it's hard to get right and a lot of CSCS prep services do not do this well. Worth the purchase; this is going to be a career move for you, presumably, so whatever the cost is for test prep is a drop in the bucket compared to the $10,000+ you'll add to your annual income.

I like the quizzes and test especially the smaller ones that could be completed quickly when in between work. The charts were also very good. I listened to audiotapes once and thought helpful. I haven't been able to take CSCS test yet due to everything being shut down I am definitely ready and confident I will pass easily when testing is available, which hopefully is in June. May look to leave NY if testing sites Available in other states, but states near NY like NJ, PA, and CT in same mess as NY.

Trainer Academy was a huge help when I was preparing for my Ace PT exam. My only regret was that I didn’t find the program sooner because it would have saved me so much time note taking and focusing on the wrong areas. Having the audio lessons is also a huge help!
