Excellent review/cram guide, failed the NASM exam on the first try, but after I used the review I passed it with no difficulty! It’s a bit expensive though.

The Trainer Academy course was very helpful for me in preparing for the ACE CPT exam. The resources are good and accessibility is simple. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is due to a number of flash cards and study questions that were written in a confusing manner. I also think the course would benefit greatly from including more practice exams. Overall my experience with Trainer Academy was very good and if you're looking to expedite your studies for one of the CPT exams I definitely recommend it.

The flash card and practice tests helped a lot! Almost 80% content in real test had similar questions showed up in practice test, especially how they set the choices and what key point they are really testing . And those flash card are so convenient that I can fully use my time to study any where, it got me remember all these content solid. For people have zero related background like me, I'm more than happy with the result I got.
