Quick and simple. Just talked to an agent and they handled everything with the dealership after I told them what was going on with my car.

What I didn’t like was it took awhile to get approved and my car had to sit there another weekend because of payment not being sent in a timely manner. Also 100% of the repair should have been covered. I paid for premium coverage.
