Honestly just the choice of shipper- paying 35 American, plus another 55 Canadian to get this shipped to Canada is obnoxious.

Good afternoon 1. All our packages with Fedex are insured 2. The package was delivered to your doorstep as you confirmed in an email you sent us and you saw the photo that Fedex says it was delivered. 3. Fedex is not responsible after delivering the package since the insurance is no longer valid if someone took the package it is not our fault or Fedex's. 4. You did not lose the money because you made a chargeback to your credit card and they took the payment from us. 4. I recommend the next time you try to defame someone you do it with real evidence and not based on LIES which makes us doubt your honesty 5. We had thought about leaving this but after your Review I just sent all the evidence to the bank to recover our money which I assure you we will recover sooner or later. Have a great day!
