Great Products and Great Customer Service!
These products are the only mascara and eyeliners I will use! Even if I didn’t have eyelash extensions! They stay on all day, but are very easily removed with the eye makeup remover! Shipping is very fast (like next day!!!!!!)... and I love the way you have the products bundled together now! Great products and great customer service!

I love Xtreme Lash Omni Volume and I used to use the 0.03mm all the time but now looks like you only have 0.05 and 0.07mm. I just wish that you will bring back the 0.03mm. Other than that I love everything about this lashes! My favorite of all time!

I paid 45$ to get them shipped overnight and called the company to see if I could get a refund since my products came a week later. And no one has gotten back with me and just offered to pay the 7 day shipping which defeats the point. Not pleased
Reply from Xtreme Lashes by Jo MousselliFeb 26, 2021
Thanks for your feedback Gabryel. You placed your order on Saturday, 2/13. The expected delivery date offered to you was Tuesday, 2/16. Due to severe weather and dangerous driving conditions around the country, shipping carriers were backlogged and your order was delivered on Saturday, 2/20. With that said, our sales and service manager left you a voicemail. Please call us back at 281-907-0689. We would love to work out a satisfactory resolution with you.
