I have been a lash stylist for the past 4 years and became certified through Xtreme lashes after I paid $$$ and failed the training (because I lacked the experience), I paid a ridiculous amount to repeat the training and just barely passed, while 2 of my coworkers who I got to pay and join me for training who they also failed and have yet to complete the training but are both successful lash stylists now. This company cares ONLY about money and not for the stylists working and buying their ridiculously expensive products. I also was once in the Directory because I HAD to buy a certain amount of products every month to stay on it. What a joke! I had 1 client from it. There are so many other better products out there for stylists that are not as expensive. I'm done with Xtreme!
