I received the product very quickly
I received the product very quickly, within 2 days. I love this product, however, it is over-priced for the amount of time it lasts to treat my lashes & brows.

Where’s my certificate
I have emailed and called about my training certification for three months and no one can seem to give me an answer.

We are so glad you chose Xtreme Lashes® for your training and products, and apologize for the challenges you experienced in receiving your Training Certificate. Beginning in October, we faced a technical issue that caused a temporary pause on printing and mailing of certificates. We expected we would be able to resolve the issue and resume printing and shipping these out quickly, but it was more complex than we realized. We regret we did not provide you with timely updates on the issue. The good news is that the issue is now resolved, and you should be receiving your Xtreme Lashes® Certificate any day, if you haven’t already! Phenomenal lash products
Phenomenal lash products, great online experience and delivery is free and always fast! I have been a loyal client for at least 8 years and I refuse to purchase eyeliner from anywhere else. Thanks Jo and team!!

I absolutely love Xtreme products
I absolutely love Xtreme products. I have been a loyal customer spending thousands of dollars to keep my spa supplied. So my only complaint would be that because I did not take my certification with this company, I can not receive the discounted rates on the retail supplies. I have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and certified for lashes for over 10. Unfortunately I was unaware of Xtreme lash when I started doing lashes. However I will continue to be a loyal customer.
