After reviewing the full conversation history, I can confirm that all of your emails were responded to, with updates provided regarding the production stage, shipping status, and our applicable policies. Your order shipped on January 9, and the email requesting cancellation was received on January 16, which was after the package had already left our facility. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. The shipping notification you received after mentioning a dispute was not triggered by that message, but rather by the carrier update tied to the shipment already in transit. I understand this experience was frustrating, and I’m sorry it did not meet your expectations.
