Ordered a few items over $200 worth and…
Ordered a few items over $200 worth and never received any of it. Site just stated in process. Emailed customer service and they either did not respond or gave excuses. Gift date has now passed and still nothing. Emailed once more but no response. My order on account now just goes to bad page with 404 message. Update to my review. Received finally today and they are very nice so happy with the product. Never did receive the giftbox that I paid for to put them in or really rush service so a bit afraid to every use again. Would like a refund for rush service and the box that never came. But I do appreciate the follow up.

If you’d like us to resend the latest update or tracking details, we’re happy to help. — Cuddle Clones Team 💛
