Even if I had any problems whoever I spoke to quickly made sure it was made right . I have one and am waiting for my second to arrive!

Excellent Customer Service!
Nikki was very helpful and responded to my emails quickly as I needed assistance in adding additional photos to my clone order. I’m excited to see the finished product!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They ruined the pajamas making the photo a blue tint so the dog was unrecognizable. They did not contact me to say they had a production problem, just sent the product. When given photos of the obvious production error they blamed it on the photo and would not rework the product offering a small partial refund only. The gift is ruined.
