Cuddle Clones Customer Feedback
I appreciate the product that Cuddle Clones provide. It provides comfort and joy to pet owners. The attention to detail and getting the absolute best product is their top priority. The customer service and communication is fantastic. I can't thank them enough for the last 2 Cuddle Clones I've purchased, Loma and Lucy. This company truly cares about the customer and giving a product that reflects their commitment to excellence. We all understand that nothing will ever replace a living and breathing pet, however getting something that closely resembles them, it's worth it.

Great customer service
I ordered one of my Izzy. When I got it, she wasn't quite right. Seemed to heavy. The support team worked with me and redid the clone to my satisfaction. Took pictures to make sure she was right. I approved and she is coming back to me now. They do make sure the customer is satisfied.
