I was so excited about ordering PJs with our family's dogs for Christmas!!! And ... everything was good at the beginning. And then it went from not good to bad. In fact, it ended horribly. No attempt at all from a customer satisfaction standpoint. I ended up with three issues with the product, and you would have thought since there were so many areas of dissatisfaction, there would have been some attempt to try to make things better. No, not one, attempt here. So ... my 3 issues turned into 4 issues with this company. One issue with the product is color (when the website indicates black beware that it is actually gray). A second issue with the product is material/fabric (these are very thin and very cold to the touch -- be aware that if anyone in your family runs cold, they will not want to wear these pjs in the winter). The third issue is sizing (the sizing is substantially less than the typical/ average stretchy PJ pant sizing -- plan on about 12" smaller than typical sizing). The only thing that saves the fabric situation is that the material is very stretchy. To solve for this situation, I ended up having customized hoodies made at another company to cover the areas where the PJs might be too revealing given the sizing or someone who finds them too cold for winter -- spent another $200+ to have these hoodies made to fix the cuddle clones situation. In the end the 4th issue ended up being customer service. I was asked to send pictures (despite Customer Service already knowing what the issue was) only to be told sorry the material is discussed on the website, sizing is their company's sizing, and lighting can affect the color -- what a further waste of time on my part. Be careful with what you order, since you are probably on your own if you are not happy with your order. One star is too many for this review!

My family has a very tragic situation that involves my mother’s health diagnosis and the losses of her husband, sister in law of 70 years and then her fur baby of 18 years. All in one year. Two of these things in the same week. The loss is over the top. Cuddle Clones handled my mom’s cuddle clone with great care and love and got it out to her quickly under the circumstances. They are caring, really amazing company. I will support them and their products. Phenomenal. The stuffies are spot on. Thank you!

I ordered the pajama bottoms for my friend's birthday with a picture of her cat. The picture looked exactly like her cat. She loved the pajama bottoms and said it was one of the best gifts she ever received.

I received my pup that cuddle and clones created fir me and I was blown away how my Vinnie looks just like the dog they hand crafted, I can say enough about the joy I have from their artistic ability, this stuffed guy looks exactly like my Vinnie. I highly recommend purchasing one from them you won’t be sorry!! The craftsman ship is beyond perfect I truly have to take a double take when I’m looking at my stuffed pup. I can go on and on but this review tells it all Totally happy beyond words, the price is so with it💜 thank you cuddles and clones for making my heart smile, Bonnie was a special dog I rescued him at age 12 very abused wouldn’t give up on him and he live the last 4 years of his life in a safe loving home Thank you again cuddles and clones for your beautiful work❤️
