This system works if you have some understanding of real estate, and it should be noted that the basic package comes with 12 photographs which and with 200 more it comes with 30 photos. Your going to need to upgrade your "options" if its going to work well with MLS or Zillow. Please double check the description after you have uploaded or created your listing to insure no confusion with the staff at Entryonly. Keep information on your appraiser and closing information when your home sells.
