Jason's company EntryOnly allowed me to sell my home myself. He laid out all the important details. We saved a great deal of money selling our house this way. It was very successful and we received multiple offers in the first few days. I highly recommend EntryOnly!

Very pleased with the intuitive nature of the process; and the regular reminders and support entryonly provided throughout the transaction.

We highly recommend using EntryOnly. We were able to manage our sale ourselves and save thousands that would have gone to real estate commissions. We chose a fee option that was very reasonable that allowed us to post a full set of attractive photos. We were able to showcase the house the way we wanted and we were in control of the process the whole time. We received 2 offers over the asking price on the first day!

I've used Jason's company many times and have been pretty successful. In this last transaction we had showings within a day of listing and the 1st couple who say the unit purchased it. Everything is self service and easy. I recommend all sellers to use such service. It's easy and you save a lot of $$

EntryOnly is an excellent choice for anyone selling their property. Jason and his team are extremely responsive to all questions and are very well equipped to help with the entire sales process. I have used EntryOnly twice and will continue to do so whenever I sell a property. Very highly recommend!

I have used Entry Only numerous times to sell houses. You get the same exposure as having a sellers realtor do your listing and save the 2 or 3 percent that they would receive. Needing a physical broker to sell your house is a thing of the past.
