I did my research before selecting entry only.com. All the other listing services "nickeled and dimed" you on changes. Entryonly has a great website that allows you to easily make changes, any time, at no charge, and they are implemented within 24-48 hours. Jason was very responsive with all my questions and requests (and I was kind of a pain because it was my first time using an MLS listing service). I would highly, highly recommend entryonly.com. They earned my trust and repeat business!

I have used EntryOnly twice. I sold my home in Maine and my home in Boston. Both sales went very well and I saved tens of thousands of dollars not having to pay as much for real estate commissions. I found it easier to not have a real estate agent. With just a bit of help and education of the process from EntryOnly, I sold my homes successfully. When I had questions, Jason himself helped answer them. I found the process not nearly as difficult as agents would have one believe and used all that extra money to purchase my next home.
