The fireplace was shipped very fast. The box was a little damaged and the contents seemed to be repackaged a bit, but after checking everything it I believe everything was still included. Haven’t set it up yet to test it’s function.

Just received our fireplace. It arrived very fast and was exactly as described. Very pleased with the quality. We are installing this as a recessed FP w/ a T.V. above it. Currently finishing the stone work to go around it. Looking forward to using it a lot this winter.

The fireplace is amazing and just as depicted on the website. We are thrilled with our purchase. Fire Pits USA is very efficient and customer oriented. Only gave 4 stars because the shipping company was a disaster with the scheduling and delivery.

Overpriced heat dispenser shield by Solo, was on sale here, no shipping cost, no tax made the purchase bearable. Without it, the heat from the stove goes up into the air. You have to sit pretty close to it to enjoy the warmth without it. Shipped promptly.

I was looking for a cost-effective igniter for my home-built fire table. The one from Fire Pits USA was the perfect solution. Durable, weather-proof, and easy to install. It worked on the first try. I highly recommend Easy Fire Pits if you have a DIY fire feature project.
