Hi Gerald thanks for your time. We usually use Fedex and UPS but for larger items we use freight to ship the items.

Seriously regret buying from this company. Their biggest selling point on their website is that all their fireplaces are in stock and ready to ship. It sounded too good to be true so I called customer service to confirm because I needed a fireplace very urgently to finish up my project. I was reassured that once I place the order the fireplace will ship within 1-3 business days. I was excited and put my order in. Next day I got an email saying the item was delayed by a week, the week came, I got another email saying it was delayed by 10 days. 10 days came and they said oh it would be next Wednesday! So far I have lost 3 weeks and still no fireplace. I understand there are unexpected delays just don't false advertise and say you have everything in stock when you actually don't.

Hi Annabel! We're really sorry for the inconvenience of not meeting the goal, delivering the item in 1-3 business day. Due to high volume of orders, we didn't expect that the item is out of stock. When you place your order we have processed your order right away. But the thing is the item stays in the port for over a week and the reason why shipment got delayed. Again we sincerely apologized for the inconvenience this may cause.

This was the only place that had it in stock at a good price. They also shipped it out fairly quick. Recommend Firepits for all your fireplace needs.

Had item in-stock. Slight delay in shipping but worked out fine. Responsive via email or chat. Helpful in ordering right item.

Shockingly realistic flames. I didn't get the plastic crystals with my order and the metal lips and set screw metal was bent and mangled. After a few minutes straightening the brackets, I put the glass on and turned it on. Great realistic fire!
