The website is very difficult to navigate. The customer reps are super nice on the phone though. :)

All experiences with Staff of FMP are truly professional. They all go the extra yard! The only process that becomes discomforting is when I call for pricing there is always a delay ,the staff is contacting Sales Mang.to authorize. Understanding parts prices fluctuate , but there should be a discount structure in place. So I (customer) shouldn't ask could an additional discount be added. I order from your company weekly. Appreciate your time. Happy New Year!

Hi, Joe - thank you for that valuable feedback. It is shared with our customer service and pricing teams so they can consider ways to improve that process. Happy New Year and thank you for your continued business!
