This is a great platform to diversify my portfolio and invest in commercial real estate and apartments that would be difficult to do as an independent investor. The fees are low and with the ability to select the type of investment strategy you are looking for, Fundrise makes sense.

Worst investing experience I have ever had with a crowd funding base. Took 3 months to get my money back, lost money, they didn't deposit all of my funds, and they have no direct way to contact them. Must go through email. Which they still have yet to reply. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. I am absolutely done with this company.

So far so good. I love their whole set up. So far investment is just ramping up. However, I much rather park my money here and get excited about the projects my money gets put in to. They really involve you with where your money is going, how much is going there and the return you can expect on that money invested. I can only see the potential growing as time goes on and they become more effective on the best way their investors can get a return.
