Easy. Fast. Effective. Can't believe I didn't know about this service until now. I had a mountain of cardboard boxes and packing material that needed to be taken away. I left it in the porch and it was all gone within a couple of hours. I needed to make changes and the CS team was super helpful.

Amir was amazing and we worked through three different ways to carry the panels and supporting materials into the truck and trailer. He was very interested in making sure I got everything out of our backyard. The rails in particular were dangerous to our dog who gets carried away chasing deer. This was an all-pro job and I would recommend Dimension to anyone.

Terrible experience. Booked, prepaid, and confirmed it. Texted me at 9pm on a Saturday night less than 12 hours to go that they couldn’t do it but could do it late in the week, over 5 days later. They then ignored me asking for a refund until I texted them 12 times in a row. Hopefully I actually get my refund…..

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience, Zach. It sounds really disappointing and inconvenient. It's understandable that you're concerned about getting your refund promptly. Upon checking, your refund has been processed on 06/30. Should reflect on your account now. If there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know. Best regards, Dimension
