I have had Identity IQ services in the past and was very please with the services. Therefore, I decided to return to the services. I return to Identity IQ, was because they was offering a discounted rate for the month May. I do not receive the discounted rate. and the Representative did not talk about the offer. My Representative was very nice and friendly in help me get enrolled again. She had great customer service.
