So I would like to start off by saying thank you for making the process an easy non stressful experience. To be honest, I would rather work with these two gentlemen! Mark Jackson & Vick Kumar have been assisting me through out the entire process. Mr. Mark is very thorough and knowledgeable which is appreciated tremendously! I would definitely recommend him every-time! I have dealt with other reps at identity iq and nothing compares to Mark Jackson; he will definitely get the job done and update you as he moves along to tackling everything eles needed! The job is not done yet; but so far he’s helped my credit score increase to 92 points! Numbers do not lie! Once again thank you! You are appreciated!
