The company has helped me the times that I needed them in the past to be sure I didn’t have a problem. However, I found out recently that while still taking my payment my entire account had been removed and was not being monitored, but my spouse’s information was still being monitored. I don’t know how long my account had been removed and not monitored before I discovered the problem and had it restored.

I was afraid I had been hacked including SSA number and all other info - my ID Shield representative gave me all the info and steps to do to protect myself - helpful and calm when I was in a bit of a panic.

You get useful benefits & they help track your info. They also recommend things. Only thing wished is that when your ssn is leaked that there was an immediate option where they can make it harder for thief's to do it again
