Ordered an iPhone 14 from their eBay…
Ordered an iPhone 14 from their eBay store and received it locked to the carrier which was frustrating to say the least. I called them for assistance and reached Emmanuel, who was very professional and assisted me with a return label to replace the phone. Received the phone today and I’m very glad it is working as expected. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cost friendly option.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a refurbished macbook pro from Loop Mobile on amazon. It arrived in pristine condition, like not a single mark or piece of dust or scratch on it. A few months later the charger that was provided stopped working. I contacted Loop Mobile through amazon and got a response back right away. Without hesitation I was shipped a new charger and the issue was solved. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and highly recommend Loop Mobile.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time. Spoke to Steven and I was greeted by this friendly and knowledgeable agent who took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions, I appreciated the thorough explanation of what needed to be done for my order and why. Overall, I had a great experience with loop mobiles customer service!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Encountered issue with iphone that was out of control of Loop mobile and 9 months after purchase. Loop mobile was able to resolve my issue and were courteous and professional throughout the process.
