Support staff lack in-depth knowledge of the product, preferring to refer one immediately to out-of-date, or even no longer available, web pages. An escalation ability is needed.

I was promised a turn around in my business by trying out momence as a last ditch attempt before I close my business in March next year. I was promised the absolute world, in the zoom call I stupidly gave me card details without asking if the zoom was recorded and bleeped out on the details. Then I was on a support call with Harry regarding migration I provided my log in credentials for my current system for the migration, we had another zoom call and within it the details were put and visible, there were two other members in that call. Within 2 hours access had been requested from someone else to my current system. By 10pm the same night a new profile had been created and the money in the account transfered luckily Fresha was able to freeze it. As a business in a critical financial situation you can imagine how much stress that created. I immediately contacted the team and asked for their data protection policies for a crime report to police in the fraud team. I was told my migration was still going ahead regardless and I again Requested for the policies... not one person has responded appropriately to my requests and tell me "you've signed a contract so must continue with migration" Yet cannot tell me how they will protect my data or even if theyve deleted it. I have now requested for a 5th time this information and will need to escalate this company to all the appropriate governing bodies. Im currently on the support chat now and of course since the mention of fraud team ajd crime report theyve now blanked me.
