Account manager turnover is not appreciated when setting up a long term relationship, i am on my third in 2 years. Pricing is not flexible and service is often not courteous. Quick orders are not possible and delivery dates are not always met. Sorry

I like the colors and the products are pretty great.

Good service, good product, good technical support. Two reason I did give 5 stars: the incorrect mounting bracket was shipped once in four orders, and the units I order take a bit of time to arrive due to the fact that they must be built first. Not a serious issue.
