Very helpful tech support. A return was handled efficiently. Top shelf company.

An item was purchased from Logic Supply and malfunctioned. I worked with Tech Support to get the unit repaired, but it was returned in a state which did not meet the specifications of the item I purchased. Support did not seem interested to find a solution to the issue, rather they appeared to try to find a reason to deny repairs.

The Logic Supply computers that we ordered were perfect and have met all of our expectations, even six months after ordering. On top of that, Logic Supply has always been very responsive to any quote requests or questions that we’ve had.

We have made two panel PC purchases so far with plans for more in the future. Cole Wangsness was great to work with and quick to respond to all our questions.

Great products from a long time manufacturer/vendor. Excellent programs, support and choices. I couldn't think to go elsewhere for any IoT or specialized systems.

The PC's are good quality but not always consistent. 4 out of 5 that I order are missing Manufacturer and Model information in the BIOS making imaging difficult. I brought it to their attention and ordered more - the latest order had the same issue. I had to fix them myself from command-line.
