I walked by the store in Augusta Mall…

I walked by the store in Augusta Mall one day a couple of years ago after a long day of teaching teenagers and was enticed by luxurious miracle products. I spent $1000 that day. I looked forward to the facials for the following year but kept running out of products that were supposed to last a year. I am a sucker to a salesman, and spent $1500 the next year. I still appreciated the facials. Since my experience with this company, I have found a esthetician with delightful chemical peels and real vitamin C and have watched my face morph into what it looked like 20 years ago, ridding my neck of some kind of rash that nobody has ever known how to treat, including Pearl De Flore. I went to the Augusta Mall store this past week for a facial and did not go for the $7500 sales package that would reportedly change my life. The woman got downright rude when none of her sales tactics worked, reporting that she works for Nasa and is a specialist. Though I am supposed to have 2 more facials, she informed me that since the last sale was made to me in October 2021, I will not be able to have them because my year is up to use them, which is in the contract, but tacky. I left feeling like I have wasted my time and money with this company and somewhat bamboozled.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear your experience with one of authorized resellers was not as we would have liked it to be. We have a wide variety of authorized sellers around the world. However, every one is a privately-owned and independently-operated third-party business entity that is authorized to resell our product line; and we, as the distributors, do not have any involvement with the hiring, training, supervising or distinct business policies of any retail location or its employees. We do pride ourselves in having hundreds of thousands of happy users around the world, using a wide range of our product line; and I sure hope you could have joined our products just as half of those regular customers who constantly purchase with us directly online. I'd love to see if I can make it up to you and have you start enjoying our products like others do. Please contact me at [email protected]. Best regards, Fernando. Pearl de Flore Customer Support.
