From day one they would keep me up to date with everything send me emails that would help me with my puppy when he got home and the drives Clinton and Dalton they were great when they dropped him off thank you for everything

Very little communication regarding our new puppy.through the whole process. “Pupdates” were all sales based with no specifics about our puppy, making it harder to prepare. Medical records were incomplete. Breeder administered all shots leaving out dates given. The only vet documentation was a Rabies tag & cert. We were told she would have something with the sent of her mother and got nothing. Door to door delivery gets your puppy a zero touch van ride with 16 other dogs.Puppy was brought to the door covered in feces & very obvious about tip expectation *Edited to add* Your company did reach out after submitted review. We did connect.

The experience was truly amazing! I had NO worries about Vinnie's (nee: Vincent) health and on time arrival. There were neighbors here waiting for Vinnie also. He had quite a loving introduction to his new home. Puppy Spot has kept me updated and truly informed from the very moment I saw Vinnie. It has been wonderful dealing with your organization.
