Why I would come back to Qsource
I would like to commend Qsource and especially Ibis Vera for their actions on 12/28/2015. I had order a part that I needed right away. Not an hour after the order I received a call from Ibis letting me know that the part was backordered and it would be a week before they could get the part. I was given a chance to cancel the order. I needed that part soon and not receiving it when I needed it would have put me in an embarrassing situation. Most companies just would of back ordered the part and made no effort to notify. Qsource PHONED me. I will be back again and I'll do my best to spread the word about this business! They go father for the customer and that counts!
