Great experience, I mailed my frames to have lenses replaced. great communication, I was informed the day my frames arrived there, the next day they were done and in transit back to me. Script seems perfect.

The second of two pairs they just relensed for me. Paid a bit more for these, as they were Transition, and I must mention how dark they get. 10/10 - would definitely recommend. 😀

They broke my frames while working on them. Held me responsible for it and charged me for lenses that I can not use. Last time I will use them and I will not tell others about them.

Every pair of lenses I've worn have come from RLE. The process is simple and the turnaround is quick. RLE communicates with you on every step of the process and responds to queries promptly. I am extremely satisfied with my new lenses. Replacement Lens Express did a great job. The lenses are exactly as ordered and the delivery was prompt as advertised on the website. They even took the time to return my original packaging. And their prices are very reasonable. GREAT JOB!
