The site was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. Customer service, though, really shines because I had an issue, and they have bent over backward to make it right even though it wasn't their fault - my doctor made an error. I will definitely be using the company again for my lens replacement needs. It has been a very positive experience.

There was an issue with my lenses. When I contacted support, they sent me an RMA and prepaid shipping label to send them back and replace them. First issue I've ever had with them, and they took care of it to my satisfaction.

I’ve ordered lenses for my glasses three times. They have had a fast turnaround time. My glasses have been good. They have taken care of a couple of issues quickly and with a positive attitude. No complaints, only positive outcomes.
