I had a wonderful experience! When my glasses were first shipped back to me, the vision was not clear, so I contacted them and asked if I could return them and have the lenses reworked. No questions asked, I sent them back and when they came back the second time, the vision was extraordinary! I was really happy with the excellent customer service!!! I have used them in the past and I will certainly use them in the future!

I did not know much about RLE when I first discovered their website, but what really gave me the confidence to place an order was their customer service. The person that assisted me, Jennifer was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She addressed and answered all of my questions, and walked me through every step of the process. She also told me of the approximate timelines for everything. The finished product arrived quicker than I expected, and the fit and finish were very well done. Everything that I sent to them were returned to me as well. The attention to detail is very professional. I will definitely do business with RLE again! I've been wearing prescription eye and sun glasses for six years and I've gotten all my lenses (for Ray Bans, Costa) from RLE. Introduced my wife to RLE, too. I had three pair (one eye, two sun) done and Jennifer kept in touch with me the entire time. She even sent two that were ready to go first and then mailed the other pair a few days later. I have used RLE 2 times in 3 yrs. With my first pair of eyeglasses in 2018, the prescription, tint and clarity on my Progressive Lenses was perfect and very affordable. With the 2nd pair (in 2020) my frame was larger and the segment height was understandably slightly off (everything else was perfect). The email that I sent to RLE was addressed professionally within 24 hours. I received instructions on what I had to do so that they could correct my lenses. I have since received my eyeglasses with corrected lenses and I am satisfied once again with the quality and affordability of the product and service that I received.
