Site fiable, les verres proposés sur le site sont bien des verres d'origine ! Le suivi du colis est disponible sur leur site (pour ma part 14 jours de livraison à partir de la date de commande, mais en ces temps de confinement...). Bref, un site sûr et recommandable.

I'm a first time customer with RLE and expect to be getting more glasses from them in the future. They are doing an excellent job providing high quality glasses and quick turn-around. They also have reasonable prices. What I like is they allow you to keep your frames and just charge you for the replacement lenses. Keep up the good work RLE.

Terrible to deal with. The customer is always wrong. i had to file a dispute to get credit after my return and I paid for the return even though they sent me the wrong item. I think they are a "one man band",

I have used RLE three times now and I will be a lifelong customer. So glad I found this site. I live in a remote location and it isn't easy for me to get to a physical shop so this saves me time and money ... My own frames get sent right to my door. Can't beat it!

Excellent. Mailed my frames in, got them back just how wanted them. Paid half what I would have.

After reading the reviews on the www, they did the same exact thing to me they did to them. I ordered a some frames. Their site said they had 3 different color frames IN STOCK. When I sent off my order, it switched my color to brown matte? After many many attempts by phone and email immediately after the order was sent to correct the color, this is exactly what they wrote me. It was hours later the same exact day (bottom of post). They didn't refund my money. I had to start a complaint with PayPal to get my money back and they refunded me, not them. Do not do business with these people. Learn from me, and the others, so you don't have to find out the hard way yourself!! Subject: Re: Replacement Lens Express: Order #99373 has been processed Hello, The frame is no longer available in any colors. A refund will be requested for you. I had an awful experience with Replacement Lens Express. First, I received the wrong frames back and I was told it was a computer glitch. Fortunately, I did not have to wait long for the correct frames to arrive. They said they had called me to inform me about the problem, but I never received a phone call or voicemail. I recently took my daughter for a follow-up appointment and found out the prescription was incorrect in the lenses. I emailed RLE again and was told they would send a return label for me to send back the lenses and get a full refund. I never received a return label. I quickly filed a dispute with paypal and emailed them again asking for a return label and a full refund. They now claim that they did refund me through paypal, but the dispute still sits open. All emails from them have been short, unprofessional, and confusing. Now I'm having to escalate it with paypal and hope I can get the money back. Not worth the savings for all the hassle.

Sincerely, just avoid them. They are a real business and you MAY get what you want, but there is a really high chance that you won't. They are just messy and untruthful. I'm normally very understanding but I'm at the brink of entering a PayPal dispute and I have never done that since I started using PayPal in 2003, just for reference...
