I have been doing business with RLE for eight years, now and we always have great fun! If there is a problem we always resolve it quickly with no fuss, and their products and work are top notch! With Lens Master striving to be the master of the universe, I am always more than pleased to do business with a great small business. I eagerly anticipate another twenty years of fun and adventure!!

Can highly recommend RLE. Ordering was easy and the turn around was as described on the website. But, more importantly was the excellent customer service: I was not happy with my new lenses and asked if they could be remade. RLE did so and got them back to me in record time. I tried online lens replacement with another company last year. It was a less than good experience. I was hesitant to try again. But I found Replacement Lens Express and after a few emails with Jennnifer, I was satisfied with her knowledge and decided to order lenses for my new frames. The online ordering process was smooth. I shipped my new frames to RLE and soon had my new frames and lenses back. Everything exactly as I wanted. Give RLE a try, I will again.

What really ticks me off is lack of communication.

A+ Personalized customer service, above and beyond what I expected. Quality and accuracy 100%. Equal to my previous Varilux. If you have frames that you like strongly consider these replacements and save your money! Fast, easy and much less hassle. RLE received this review and recommendation because they earned it. Thank you J. and the RLE TEAM.

I have received my glasses and have been wearing them with great joy. Boy am I so impressed with the quality of the lenses. Not only are the lens prescriptions spot on but the level of craftsmanship with attention to detail are exactly what I was looking for. These lenses complement the frames to the fullest. I'm looking forward to my next set of lenses and would recommend RLE to friends and family. Thank you Jennifer and the staff at Replacement Lens Express. My compliments to the chef. Jason Vega
