Hey, Jeff! We know your name well. We reviewed all orders in our system and see out of the 3 placed (1) was cancelled (1) was successfully fulfilled and (1) was refunded in full. We hope the one shipped with successful tracking is being enjoyed by your wife! Apologies for frustration with the gift.
