I was on their marketing list for YEARS and finally decided to treat myself. They sent out a marketing email in July, that they were releasing a new collection, and had a promo code on their website. The first red flag was when I went to use that promo code and it did not work. I emailed the customer service team, who responded with "go ahead and place the order, we will refund you the promo code difference!". After placing a $100 order, I've heard NOTHING after reaching out very kindly 3 times in the course of one month. No refund of the promo code difference. No update on the promise of 5-8 business days for shipping. I'm so disappointed as they proudly state on their website they're American-made, but who knows if that is even true??

Why in the world a company keeps advertising for a product that doesn't exist is beyond a scam!!! I purchased 2 caps in early July and still have not received them. I have contacted them 3 times and not one return response. Stop sending emails and advertisements out and get your S***T together!!

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE!!! I ordered a showercap from them over a year ago and still have not received it. I have followed up no less than 7 times and everytime I follow up I'm told not to as it crowds their inbox. I have copies of all my emails and their responses.

I ordered one for a Christmas gift Dec 2, 2022. It still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve heard a few times from them. Some saying they’re working on it. Once that they would send it priority, once that I would receive a shipping notification in 5-7 business days, that was over 2 months ago. I have been resending everyday my response to them and still haven’t gotten any response back.

I placed an order in December 2022 for a Christmas gift and have yet to receive my product. The few responses I have received when I try to inquire have been complete lies. I honestly feel that there is enough people in the same boat after reading all the reviews on this page that a class action law suit should be filed against this company! They refuse to process a refund as I’ve requested numerous times.

I echo the other complaints....high price and no customer service. Ordered a cap June 25 and it has not been shipped. get run a around from company. Have asked for a refund and challenged the charge on my credit card. The company does not mind charging for an item even if they have no intention of shipping it.

Beware!!! This used to be a legit company as I have a shower cap from them from a couple years ago. Ordered another one towards the end of 2022 and never received it! I have written them many times. They responded the first time saying they were working on it. Super frustrating as they have started to send out (A LOT) of marketing emails again, so they are taking new orders! From other reviews, my situation is not unique.

Don’t buy from them. They’ll take your money and they’ll never send you your item. I hope they go out of business.
