They're the worst. Ordered 2 years ago. They kept sending emails promising a shipment that was never sent. I emailed repeatedly asking for refund. Suddenly, after 2 years, they shipped it without asking if it was still wanted. I immediately requested to return it and they've never responded to 3 emails over 4 weeks. This company should be investigated. They are now trying to have negative reviews removed.

*Update March 18, 2024 in response to showercap: As I said below, in the 2 YEARS since I placed my order, I have moved homes and I kept asking you to cancel because you kept saying you couldn’t change my address on the order. It does me no good if you shipped the order to the place I lived at 2 YEARS AGO which is when I placed the order. *Update September 19, 2023: Looks like the company is trying to get my review taken down so I will happily add more details to my review - I ordered in March 23, 2022. I reached out for an update on May 2022. They wrote back: "I sincerely apologize that you have not yet received your cap. The team has not yet shipped. Unfortunately they have not provided us with a definitive date but the cap should be shipped by end of May to early June. If you would like to cancel and get a refund we completely understand. Alternatively if you would like to keep your order I will have the team refund you 10% off order. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. I hope you have a fabulous day! Raphia - SHHHOWERCAP Support" I emailed them and let them know I would wait. October 2022, still nothing. No updates. I reached out on their contact form and requested a refund because I had moved in that time frame: "Hi, I ordered from you back in March 2022 and still have not received my order. I would like a refund at this point as I've moved from my last place to a different house and I'm not sure I'm ever going to receive them." I don't hear back until November: "Thank you so much for your message. Apologies for the delay! A transparent update: • There have been issues with some orders migrated from the original website, yours, unfortunately, is one of them. • We're working with Shopify to convert them in one fell swoop. • We're currently, in parallel, converting them manually and doing so as quickly as possible. • Despite how it may feel, we're paying the most attention to these orders. It is our sole focus as a team to clear this up. • Due to this delay and your ongoing frustration, we're nurturing this pocket as VIPS through the end-of-year holiday and beyond. I continue to get BS emails from them about fixing the problem repeating the same script over and over. I ordered in March 2022 and it is now August 2023. I never received my order and keep getting apologetic emails without anyone actually doing anything about shipping my order.

Similar to every other experience. Ordered a product at the end of June, requested an update at the end of July and then two more times before I received a reply. The reply stated it would ship in a few business days, then got another reply saying it would ship at the end of September (just days after the 90 day window to dispute a charge with your credit card company). I've requested a refund twice and have received no reply from the company. It's unfortunate because it's a good product but it does seem to be a scam now.

Scam! Scam! Scam! I ordered 8 in Sept for Xmas (that’s about $400 AUD) received none, was promised a refund, and then promised the product delivery once again… I’ve only given 1 star as I can’t give 0

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered 4 items in September 2022 (total cost almost $200) and have been chasing since then for an update on delivery...and now for a refund. They lie constantly about order status, invent issues, and blame third party providers. I've joined a FB group of people struggling with similar issues - there are a lot of us! Honestly, please ignore all the fake reviews and steer clear of this company!

What a nightmare! Ordered my shower caps in early May. It is now the end of August and Jackie (the CEO of Shhhowercap) is no closer to sending me my shower caps or refunds. She actually called me personally at almost 9pm on a paranoid rant about the Facebook group that’s formed in response to her inability to fulfill orders and refusal to process refunds. She has blamed a host of reasons for why a “small number of orders” have been affected but when I probed about the specifics of her website “migration issue” she became irate and accused me of being “out to get her” and called me “so mean.” I (along with many others) have reported her to the BBB and NY Attorney General fraud department and I’m hoping for a resolution. She shouldn’t be in business, continuing to solicit new orders through daily email campaigns, when she’s clearly been completely unable to fulfill any orders in at least a year or more. She’s turned off all Facebook comments and reviews as well as on Instagram because she is counting on people who aren’t aware continuing to place orders. If you steal someone’s purse on the street you go to jail- if you defraud hundreds or thousands or people online there should also be real consequences. Feel free to join our Facebook group (easy to find searching the name Shhhowercap) for more info and resources. In the meantime request the refund from PayPal or your credit card company…you won’t get anywhere with Jackie.

I ordered four shower caps as christmas presents in 12/22 and STILL NOT HAVE RECEIVED! I have sent numerous emails to their "team" email and also filed a a BBB report and still no results. I have received one or two responses that just keep delaying any result...I would take the product or a credit card refund...but, cannot get any satisfaction!

Same as everyone else, ordered a month ago. Not shipped. Won’t respond to emails. This is a scam don’t order.
