Why can’t I give zero stars? I’m in the same boat as everyone. Ordered 6 months ago, I’ve sent 10 plus emails asking for a refund, my order, a discount, a reply, answers. ANYYYTHING. I got a generic response a few times. Then, about 3 weeks ago I got an apology email stating my order would be marked priority for processing and I’d have tracking within 72 hours - LOL. I do not. Still no order, can’t get my money back, don’t have my order. It’s a $54 dollar freaking shower cap or I’d let it go. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had one shower cap with this company several years ago and I have no idea what has happened. Seems like the owner is stealing peoples money.

I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. I ordered from them on Dec 4th, 2022. After multiple emails and messages via Instagram (when I didn't get a response via email) I was told there was a "delay", please be patient, etc. It is now 6 months later—still no shower cap or refund after multiple requests. I still get emails regarding "order now" and "back in stock". Be VERY careful. You can not comment on any of their social media threads anymore either so much for transparency. I would NOT recommend the company or the product.

Ordered product in January 2023. Reached out to support a month later, they said they had a warehouse issue of some sort and the order would ship soon. It’s nearly June, I’ve emailed them now 5 more times, no response.
Disappointed because this product actually looks great but really disappointed in the way they’ve handled this. Given all the negative reviews on here, unfortunately seems like this company is a total scam.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Took numerous emails with no response to almost all my emails. For this price point it is totally not worth getting. I canceled my order which they ignored, requested a refund , which they ignored and almost 2 months later got a shower cap I no longer needed or wanted. Do not do business with this company.

Paid For But Have Not Received Product
I ordered and paid for a single shower cap in early May 2023 and like others on this page I have not received the product nor have I received any indication of when my order would be fulfilled and shipped. I'm currently 24 days out. I ordered a cap in response to a marketing email I received from the company advertising their new designs. Seems like mail fraud to me. I followed a suggestion on this page to email "orders @shhhowercap.com". I will update if/when I get a response.

July 30, 2023 UPDATE! Here is an update regarding my purchase from this money-stealing (and no goods delivered) company earlier this year. Thankfully, I had purchased using PayPal and after many, many months of no response from the company when I had no items, yet they had my money for months, I opened a claim. I am happy to say that PP found the claim in my favor and returned my money this week. It has been a terrible journey, I am glad that I saved my emails and communication with this company, they never responded to any of my requests and likely did not respond to PayPal's. Not only have I received news that the claim's judgement was in my favor, but the funds have been returned to my account! Save your emails and all communication with this company. May everyone who has been wronged by this company prevail. All the best. (And kudos to PP for doing the right thing).

May 7, 2023. I wanted to give zero stars, but the site won't accommodate, so the next lowest is one.
I ordered two shhhower caps in April, got confirmation of the order that day, the next day, the money was taken out of my account.
I was patiently waiting for a shipment announcement when I realized that my hostess gift was not here and my trip was coming up. I've contacted the company multiple times to no avail.
After having read the postings on Trustpilot, it's apparent that I need to cancel the order and report Shhhowercap to my credit card company as fraudulent.
